The Corset Workout

Hi Hotties!!

This is a great ab workout and will tighten your inner ab muscles.  These act like a corset and help strengthen your back as well. A strong core is essential in performing advanced aerial moves.

Do this video once, or twice, or three times if you are feeling crazy!
